Account Balances

The Account Balance Screen allows the user to view details for the accounts. It displays the account numbers, corresponding current balance and available fund amounts and interest rates that the user has been provided access to.  A Refresh Balance icon is also displayed which when selected will initiate a call to the bank to refresh the Account Balances that are displayed on the screen.

The Portal will automatically trigger the refresh of the corporate customer’s account balances for all of the active accounts maintained on the Corporate profile of a user who has access to one or more of the corporate customer’s accounts on his/her user profile and who has also included in his/her homepage the display the Account Balances section.

Selecting the account number displays the Recent Transaction page which displays the last 50 transactions that have been processed for the account for that day.

The fields contained on the Account Balances page are described below.

Field/Control

Description

Account Number

 

This is the number of the account that the corporate customer maintains at the bank.  Clicking on the Account Number will take the user to the Recent Transactions page which displays the last 50 Transactions for the account.

Account Description

 

The account description is the description of the account that has been entered on the User’s profile in the portal.

CCY

 

This displays the currency of the account maintained at the bank.

Current Balance

 

This displays the current balance in the account at the bank.

Available Funds

 

This displays the available funds in the currency designated that are available to be debited.

Interest Rate

 

This presents the user with the current interest rate on the account, if applicable.

 

Last Updated

 

This represents the date and time the account balance was updated in the portal.
