The Delete a Document option allows you to delete a PDF or TIFF document to a pending transaction or mail message.
To delete a document:
A ”r;Delete a Document” button will be present on the navigational toolbar, next to the ”r;Attach a Document” button.
Select the ’r;checkbox’ next to the document(s) eligible for deletion and then press the ’r;Delete a Document” button.
Once you select a document(s) to be deleted and press the ”r;Delete a Document” button, you will be asked to confirm the deletion and will have the option of continuing with the deletion or cancelling and returning to the original web page.
On pressing ”r;OK”, the selected document(s) will be deleted. Alternatively you can press the ”r;Cancel” button to return to the original web page.
Follow the same steps above, to delete a document(s) from the mail message page.
Note:
PDF or TIFF documents attached in the trade portal to a transaction can only be deleted prior to the transaction being authorised and sent to the bank. Once the transaction has been authorised, the attached documents cannot be deleted.
Similarly, PDF or TIFF documents attached in the trade portal to a mail message can only be deleted PRIOR to transmission of the message to the bank.
